DEKA Research and Development, housed in Manchester, NH, is looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer to participate in the development of innovative medical devices. They will work as part of a team driving products through their lifecycle including concept generation, prototyping, component and assembly development, testing, and associated documentation. The candidate is expected to be very self-sufficient in handling multiple sub-assembly designs simultaneously, requiring a very low level of guidance. The candidate must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and be able to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
