Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Essential Skills
+ Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain licensure.
+ At least 2 years of experience as a mechanical engineer with a focus on facility-related or industrial projects.
+ Proficiency in Revit for mechanical design and documentation.
+ Experience with commercial mechanical design, including HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, and related systems.
+ Ability to interpret and apply relevant mechanical codes, standards, and industry best practices.
+ Strong ability to prepare and review mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
+ Capability to develop and review cost estimates for mechanical systems using knowledge of materials, labor, and construction methods.
+ Effective collaboration skills for working with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
