You will play a pivotal role in shaping future design strategies, innovation pipelines, and engineering standards for high-end interior systems.

* Drive development of the Trim & A-Surface engineering knowledge base, including:
* Bills of Design
* DFMEA documentation
* Commodity strategies
* Innovation roadmaps
* Define and update engineering requirements and validation test specifications
