- Realize and / or pilot and receive studies related to his field.
- Participate and / or pilot the realization, the installation, the commissioning and the reception of the installations of his domain in the respect of the performances : quality, cost and delivery time.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Ensures the optimization of the specifications by challenging the needs.
• Conducts feasibility studies, delivers an estimate, a schedule, a technical description and a risk analysis.
• Research and select a supplier for the studies and construction phases.
