Job Description
This role offers an opportunity for a degreed Mechanical Engineer with 3β15 years of experience to take ownership of mechanical design for commercial and institutional HVAC systems. You will perform calculations, design, layout, and specification work using Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam on projects such as Kβ12 schools, higher education facilities, multi-family developments, and public sector buildings including police and fire stations. You will apply a strong working knowledge of mechanical and energy conservation codes and standards to deliver efficient, code-compliant designs while collaborating with multi-discipline project teams.
