ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES



Note: All official drafts, documents and recommendations, as listed below, must be reviewed, finalized and approved / accepted by appropriate BPA manager or other federal personnel with the authority to do so.



Assesses and proposes resource needs for scoping (preliminary engineering and design), design and construction oversight.



Reviews and determines project requirements with scoping results.



Coordinates and participates in project kick-off meetings to discuss necessary resources and review project requirements.



Interprets program, and project requirements by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.



Identifies engineering problems and ensures solutions are implemented.



Facilitates across all disciplines for project scope refinement and associated preliminary engineering.
