Mechanical Designer

As part of our Mechanical Design team, you will use your skills and creativity to develop automation solutions that are innovative, high quality, functional systems and meet customer specifications and timeline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and create mechanical designs in 3D SolidWorks for custom automation systems
• Generate innovative concepts for technically advanced factory automation solutions in a wide variety of projects
• Present concept designs to the customer and internal team members along with quote documents
• Identify and research key mechanical components for the project that will meet the customer requirements
• Create and assemble detailed drawing packages for the build team that include tolerance/dimensions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings
