The Mechanical & Electrical Design Manager will lead and oversee the mechanical design team for all cleanroom, process utility, and HVAC system project. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality design deliverables, meeting project schedules and budgets, mentoring team members and maintaining design standards.

• Manage a team of mechanical & elecrical engineers and designers working on cleanroom HVAC, process piping and associated utility system designs.
• Participate in meetings to understand project scope, requirements and constrains.
• Develop staffing plans and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide technical direction, oversight and through reviews of mechanical designs and calculations.
• Ensure designs conform to applicable codes, standards and customer specifications.
