**Description:**
You will be the Engineering & Technology Manager (ETM) for a Sensors and Global Sustainment Advanced Programs area. Our team drives the development and production of optical sensing and beam directing systems, guaranteeing the highest performance and reliability for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the ETM Lead, you will own the cost, schedule, and technical planning for Sensors and Global Sustainment Advanced Programs while managing risk, opportunities, and all customer/supplier interfaces. You’ll set technical direction, enforce best in class processes, and champion the professional growth of a cross disciplinary engineering team, keeping the program ahead of expectations in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
