• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Registrations / Certifications

• Registered Engineer with UAE Society of Engineers.
• Approved Engineer in local municipality authorities.
• Approved Engineer in Civil Defense authorities will be an advantage.
• Approved engineer with major local developers.
• Certifications in NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED/ESTIDAMA (preferred).

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of experience in mechanical system design for high-rise commercial, residential, and hospitality buildings.
• Minimum 10 years of GCC experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Good technical background in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems in compliance with international and local authority standards (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
