The Opportunity

Innova Search is partnering with a global leader in industrial processing machinery to find a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their established engineering team. This is a role for a designer who enjoys the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and complex 3D modeling to supporting the shop floor during assembly and conducting Root Cause Analysis.

You will be working on large-scale capital equipment, ensuring that every assembly is optimised for performance, cost-effectiveness, and ease of manufacture.

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Modeling: Create high-level 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks & PDM.


• Technical Precision: Apply GD&T and DFMA principles to ensure right-first-time designs that reduce wastage and production costs.
