We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in the automation industry to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing custom automated machinery, robotic cells, and mechanical systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, translating customer concepts and technical requirements into reliable, manufacturable, and safe mechanical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem‑solving skills and is proficient in 3D CAD software for designing precision automation equipment.

Core Responsibilities

1. Concept Development & 3D Mechanical Design

Mechanism Design

Design and develop custom mechanical systems, including mechanisms, linkages, actuators, robotic end‑of‑arm tooling (EOAT), and precision fixtures/nestings for automation applications.

3D Modeling & Technical Drafting
