Nashoba Valley Ski Area is hiring Entry Level, Mid‑Level, and Experienced Mechanics to join our year‑round maintenance team. If you enjoy working on a wide variety of equipment — from ATVs and golf carts to tractors, trucks, and aerial lifts — this is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a fun, outdoor environment.
What You'll Work On:
* ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, tractors, and company vehicles
* Aerial lifts and surface lifts (training provided)
* Small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems
* Heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders
* Seasonal equipment including snowmobiles and snow groomers
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
* Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and lifts
* Operate heavy equipment as needed
