1. Mold Design and CAD/CAM Operations
- Mold Design: Designing mold structures and creating drawings using 3D CAD (FUSION, etc.).
- CAM Data Creation: Creating machining paths, selecting cutting tools, and setting conditions for high-precision, high-speed machining.
- DFM Proposals: Proposing improvements to mold structures to the product design team, considering manufacturing costs and quality. 2. Machine Tool Operation and Manufacturing Operations
- Precision Machining: Part production using machining centers and other equipment.
- Assembly and Adjustment: Mold assembly, fitting, and final hand finishing/polishing.
