Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data collection and documentation handling
- Attend and evaluate tender briefings and site surveys
- Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
- Design & Prepare Tender Proposal according to client / project requirement & specification.
- Preparation of tender submission and analysis
- Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
- Oversee projects from Tender Stage through to Handover, ensuring the documentations is well-prepared.
- Work closely with Project Team in submission of the progress report, progress claim, variation order, final account etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
