Lead the M&E site team, including engineers, coordinators, and supervisors, ensuring effective planning and execution of all M&E works. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and method statements. Attend and represent the M&E discipline in project, technical, safety, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractor teams. Ensure all M&E installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, QP/PE directives, and authority requirements (SCDF, BCA, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA).
