Join a fast-growing team delivering interior fit-out projects. Lead the ACMV scope end-to-end, from design coordination to commissioning, while supporting overall M&E delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ACMV design coordination (HVAC, ventilation, ducting, VRV/VRF, chilled water)
Ensure compliance with BCA codes and Green Mark requirements
Drive value engineering for cost, performance, and sustainability
Manage site execution, quality, safety, and timelines
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
Support tendering, costing, Variation Orders, and claims
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in ACMV delivery for fit-out or building projects
Experience in tendering, costing, and project delivery lifecycle
Independent, proactive, and strong stakeholder Communicator
