• Assist in contract administration to ensure a compliance with best practice.
• Liaise closely with M&E Consultant for design and tender.
• Check drawings and sample submissions to ensure that they comply with the contract documents.
• Specialized in Residential, Commercial or Hospitality Industry.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Experience in hotel projects is an added advantage.
• Must be dynamic, self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
