Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters
- To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting
- To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation
- Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage
