Job Description & Requirements Job Description: Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule. Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order. Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company's and authorities' requirements. Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements. To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings. To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues.
