Job Description
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
- Assist in planning and sequencing M&E works to prevent clashes with architectural and structural trades.
- Review M&E drawings against other disciplines to identify and resolve discrepancies before site execution.
- Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Manage Testing & Commissioning (T&C) coordination, including schedule preparation and documentation tracking.
- Maintain and compile all project documentation, including as‑built drawings, approvals, and inspection records.
- Facilitate authority submissions (BCA, SCDF, PUB, etc.) and ensure timely preparation of required documents.
