Key Responsibilities: • Achieve 85% or higher on the Relias evaluation • Mentor the interdisciplinary team on MDS processes • Coordinate timely completion of MDS assessments • Facilitate audits to improve coding accuracy • Analyze RAI data for quality care improvements
