Job Description
Join our dedicated team as an MDS/RAI Back-up at a long-term care facility in Scarborough, Ontario. In this full-time role, you will ensure accurate coding and empower interdisciplinary staff.
As an MDS/RAI Back-up, reporting to the Director of Care, you will manage RAI MDS coding processes and support team mentorship. Required skills include effective communication, time management, and problem-solving. Familiarity with RAI-MDS tools will enhance your contributions to resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Achieve 85% or higher on the Relias evaluation β’ Mentor the interdisciplinary team on MDS processes β’ Coordinate timely completion of MDS assessments β’ Facilitate audits to improve coding accuracy β’ Analyze RAI data for quality care improvements
