Job Description

We have an opening in our organization for a Hiring Associate. This role will be responsible for overseeing all recruiting, hiring, and staffing needs for a patch of restaurants within RVP. Key customers include Operations Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, Trainer Associates as well as potential applicants.

The Hiring Associate is self-motivated, actively engaged with people, and demonstrates care, respect, and passion for our guests. The candidate will be required to recruit, interview, and hire for all vacant positions within the patch of restaurants. The Hiring Associate will promote a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Working with RVP’s key stakeholders, the individual will contribute to building a high-performance culture and ‘one team’ approach in every restaurant.
