Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls with empathy and accuracy, ensuring timely triage and documentation.
• Monitor remote patient data, apply clinical protocols, and escalate abnormal readings.
• Review medical charts, document suspect conditions, and maintain coding accuracy.
• Support operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree with 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Comfortable with early morning and overlap shifts (IST: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and EHR systems preferred.
• Team‑oriented, detail‑driven, and committed to quality care.
