- Work with Business on Requirement Gathering.
- Do fit gap analysis
- Designs and oversees IBM Maximo solutions, ensuring system architecture, integration, and performance meet business needs
- Peer Review implemented solutions/defect fixes
- Lead implementation, customization, and provide technical guidance for scalability and compliance
- Should have 8+ years of Maximo EAM (MAS 8 or 9) experience with good knowledge of key modules like Work and Asset Management, Inventory, etc
- Utilities industry experience a plus
- Good knowledge of integrations and SQL database
