**What you will do**
- Subject Matter Expert in Materials/Metallurgy supporting advanced suture material development.
- Specifying process equipment, manage external technology suppliers, and qualify systems.
- Define process parameters, inspection methods, and validation requirements to ensure successful transfer of products to manufacturing.
- Work closely with material suppliers to formulate base materials that meet product development specifications.
