Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (or equivalent PE license)
• Minimum 5–8 years working on dam or hydropower infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in lab/field testing for concrete, aggregates, soils
• Hands‑on experience during construction phases of dam/hydro projects
• Involvement in quality assurance and control planning/implementation
• Experience ensuring material standards meet local/international codes
• Material analysis and testing – Technical report writing
• Project management exposure – Supplier and vendor coordination
• Construction materials in hydraulic structures – National/international material codes – Dam safety protocols
