Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to company safety first policies and attend mandatory monthly safety meetings.
  • Conduct job tasks in a safe manner following proper work procedures.
  • Consistently maintain good housekeeping in work area(s); neat, clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Assist in the shipping and receiving of materials/products, ensuring customer specifications are met regarding quality and on-time delivery.
  • Assist in inventory counts of Raw Materials and Finished Goods, as needed.
  • Ensure skids are fit for shipment and repair/replace torn wrap, damaged skids, etc.
  • Assist in receiving raw materials, including checking for damage and ensuring proper storage and labeling (hazards for chemicals).
