In this role, as a BAE SYSTEMS Overhead Crane Operator and Rigger, you are the heartbeat of our logistics operation. You aren't just moving parts; you are ensuring that high-value defense products are safely loaded, transported, and delivered with absolute precision. Operating within a culture of continuous improvement, you will be responsible for the movement and storage of critical materials while upholding the highest standards of safety, cost, and quality. We are looking for a professional who balances technical expertise with a disciplined approach to safety. You should be an expert in the art of rigging-proficient with slings, chains, and hardware, and fluent in the hand and arm signals that keep a warehouse floor synchronized.
