At Altilium, you’ll join a pioneering team shaping the future of battery materials and clean technology. As a Materials Engineer within our Cathode Active Materials (CAM) team, you’ll play a critical role in developing high‑performance, low‑carbon battery materials, using feedstocks recovered from the recycling of end‑of‑life electric vehicle batteries.

You will help reimagine the lifecycle of critical minerals by transforming them into next‑generation cathode materials for lithium‑ion batteries, building a brand new industry within a cleaner, circular energy future.

In addition to process design and scale‑up, you’ll support the design and setup of our specialist lab facilities, specifying and commissioning new equipment for p‑CAM and CAM research and characterization. Your work will help move concepts from lab‑scale to industrial production, supporting automotive partners with high‑quality, low‑carbon materials ready for re‑engineering into new battery cells.
