Mate Position

Seeking an Experienced Mate for a 37‑metre private and charter motor yacht.

Seasonal position starting ASAP until October with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

The vessel is currently in the South of France.

Role is ideal for a Yachtmaster Offshore (CoC) holder actively progressing through OOW modules, seeking responsibility within a professional, well‑run programme.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for deck maintenance (wash‑downs, polishing, varnish, painting, general upkeep).
• Planning and executing maintenance schedules independently.
• Approximately 80% deck maintenance and 20% administrative and compliance duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Mate on a busy private and/or charter yacht.
