Functieomschrijving:

  • Als dossierbeheerder sta je in voor de volledige afhandeling van de courante dossiers (koop, krediet, vennootschappen, familiaal vermogensrecht).
  • Jij beheert je dossiers volledig zelfstandig van A to Z ( tot aan de ondertekening van de akten)
  • Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met het cliënteel en je zorgt ervoor dat hun dossiers op een professionele wijze worden afgehandeld.

    • Wij vragen:

  • Je bent als master in het notariaat pas afgestudeerd of je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring.
  • Je bent dynamisch, enthousiast en gedreven.
  • Je kan overweg met standaard IT-tools ( Microsoft Office), de kennis van het programma supermedewerker is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent proactief en positief ingesteld.
  • Je neemt je dossiers ter harte en je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je neemt waar nodig zelf initiatieven.
