Master Data Manager (Hands-On Leader/Builder)

Full-Time | Hybrid (Orange County, CA – 3 days onsite)

Salary Range - $150k to $200k per year (DOE) 



This is a ground-floor MDM build inside a stable, growing manufacturing company. They're looking for someone who's been there, done that with MDM, and can build it right the first time.



You'll own Master Data Management end-to-end: strategy, standards, and execution, with full accountability for how data is governed across ERP, MES, PLM, and CRM systems.



The Role

You are the MDM function - There are no direct reports yet, so hands on skills are appreciated

Hands-on: SQL, data analysis, data cleanup, root cause work

Player-coach mindset: lead through experience, not hierarchy

Future path to lead a small team
