• Can follow orders/instructions from either Foreman or Engineer-In-Charge.
• Know how to mix cement and mortar for both concrete and masonry works.
• Familiar with the components of a building structure such as beams, columns, footing etc.
• Know how to cut and lay stone or Concrete Hollow Blocks.
• Can plaster concrete/masonry surfaces depending on the finish specified on the plan.
• Responsible for cutting, fabrication, assembling, installation and removal of forms from concrete structure.
• Know how to use hand tools/power tools and equipment.
• Can cut and install tiles of any size and kind.
• Can perform the tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in masonry or a similar job role.
• Must have work experience in the construction field.
