Roles and responsibilities: Work with internal and external teams on the smooth onboarding of a seller through the onboarding process with compatibility, and catalogue compliant check of the seller Work with sellers and logistic partners to monitor and facilitate on-time order fulfillment as per the standards of the marketplace to ensure a good buyer experience Facilitate the issue resolution mechanism between the buyer apps and sellers on returns and refunds to ensure the right dispute resolutions as per the marketplace SLAs Work with buyer apps to get an on-time settlement as per SLAs, and verify the payouts done on each cycle to ensure zero discrepancies.
