Job Description
- Identify and create sales lead and business opportunities for modernisation of lifts and escalators
- Highlight in house standard package with flexibility based on customers' requirements
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of market and industry trend
- Prepare proposal, quotations and negotiate contracts
- Possess knowledge of tender process, submission and contract terms and conditions
- Work closely with teams for execution of projects
- Prepare regular report on market performance and sales activities
