Carry out according to the specifications of Business Units and the indications of Direct Superior
the reports on marketing and sales information (sales, competitors, market and sales force
activity) that permits the correct tracking, analysis and adjustment of commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES ANALYSIS
- Processing and statistical treatment of sales that generates accurate sales reports according to the indications.
- Manage sales data to be uploaded in existing PowerBI dashboards.
- Monthly sending of internal sales data to IQVIA.
- Business day to day relationships with providers of data sources.
CRM
- Monitor and control of the CRM system and preparation of reports on sales force activity.
- Participate in the election of CRM system and propose improvements and necessary changes to the existing one according to the company needs.
- Support the drafting of visit reports to be sent biannually to Regions and AIFA.
