We are looking for a Promotions Specialist / Lead to own the planning, structuring, and execution of promotional campaigns across sportsbook and casino products. This role is responsible for designing commercially viable bonus mechanics, driving player engagement, and ensuring promotions deliver measurable impact on GGR, bonus cost ratios, and player LTV. • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly promotions calendars aligned with acquisition and retention goals
