Position Summary:


This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to:



+ Conducts event registration

+ Completes gift compilation

+ Maintains property knowledge

+ Interacts with guests and provides event information

+ Enters guest information for events

+ Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information

+ Unloading and organizing promotional gifts
