Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate with strong administrative and marketing operations capabilities, and a curiosity and eagerness to learn. This role will support the Marketing Team by maintaining HubSpot database hygiene, managing MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) deal pipelines, creating outbound marketing email campaigns, and monitoring campaign execution through reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist in planning, building, testing, and scheduling quarterly outbound campaigns

+ Segment contacts and build audience lists for campaigns

+ Identify growth opportunities in HubSpot to increase lead engagement and conversion

+ Maintain overall HubSpot database hygiene in real-time

+ Prepare and update dashboards and reports for growth partners to report on prospect activity and progress (sales, BD, leadership, partner sellers)
