Responsibilities

• Provide support to the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Plan and organize promotional, business, and social events
• Responsible for ensuring the target audience is engaged, and the message of the event is marketed properly.
• Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, staffing, and budgets).
• Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of event planning have strategic value in reaching the event's goal.
• Responsible for the write-ups of the company portfolio; will be the Assistant Editor for the newsletter.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Event Management or any related course
• Experienced in writing up media kits, newsletters, portfolios, Press releases, etc.
• Experience in event organization or management, or related work experience, is an added advantage
