- Lead a team of Marketing executives, to ensure support and participation in tenders for new projects.
- Responsible for the review of tender information to identify key activities and confirm that tender requirements are within the capability of the Company.
- Ensure that the sales pricing process is adhered to by the executives. This includes items such as completeness of offers, assumptions and good understanding of the technical specifications.
- Provide support to the Commercial Department on claims, extension of time, cost control and financial recovery from customers.
- Responsible for reviewing customer draft contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications and to identify deviations from accepted company policy, practices and any unusual business or logistical risk.
