We are seeking a visionary and commercially-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for Bosch Rexroth Australia and pioneer a critical new business venture.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will not only own the brand and marketing strategy but also build a new commercial value stream from the ground up. You will be tasked with developing, launching, and scaling a customer-facing training program, turning it into a profitable division of the business.

As this is initially a standalone position, it requires a unique leader who can blend high-level strategic planning with hands-on, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' operational execution to build the necessary foundations for future growth.
