Job Description
The role of the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy for the company by keeping up to date with
industry trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscapes in order to inform strategic decision making. The Marketing Manager should work
closely with key external stakeholders and the Executive Team to refine and execute the business strategy, and to ensure consistent brand messaging
and effective communication about the company is being portrayed. The role is also responsible for guiding and providing support to the internal staff
members to ensure that everything that is communicated to the public or internal employees aligns with the companyβs identity and strategic vision. The role
is also responsible for building the brand both internally and externally and ensure that internal communication runs smoothly.
