Your mission:

As the Marketing Manager CRM, you will be the architect of Immoweb’s relationship with millions of users. You will lead the strategic vision for both B2C retention and B2B lifecycle management, turning data into personalized experiences across Web and App. This is a cross-functional role where you will bridge the gap between Product & Tech, Sales, and Data to drive measurable business growth.

You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer - Belgium. 

 

Key responsibilities:

• CRM Strategy and Ownership: Design and execute a holistic CRM strategy focused on B2C user retention (e.g., Saved Search Alerts, Valuation tools) and B2B customer lifetime value.
