Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related)
• Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or lending is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel

Responsibilities

• Promote and market loan products to clients
• Source new applicants and build strong client relationships
• Assist with loan applications and documentation
• Conduct client interviews and basic credit evaluation
