Medical Reimbursement

• Actively market and promote the company’s loan products to potential and existing clients through field marketing, referrals and partnerships.
• Source new loan applicants and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partner merchants.
• Assist clients with loan applications, explain loan terms and requirements, and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Conduct client interview, basic credit evaluation, and initial verification of applicant information.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, and Collections) to facilitate loan processing and release.
• Monitor loan accounts and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and portfolio targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable lending regulations.
