Marketing: Lead Generation & Paid Ad Specialist
Role Purpose
This role exists to build and maintain a predictable, high-quality lead generation engine for Ello Technology.
You will own the full pipeline system β from paid traffic and conversion funnels through to clean, structured lead delivery into Zoho CRM. This is not about simply running ads. It is about building a system that consistently produces qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
This is a role for someone who is commercially focused, technically strong, and disciplined in execution. Your success will be measured by lead quality, conversion performance, and data integrity β not marketing activity.

What Success Looks Like
By Day 90:
- You are consistently delivering a minimum of one qualified lead per business day into Zoho CRM
