We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine. This person will build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

You will be responsible for strategy, execution and team building across paid media, content, creative, website, tracking, analytics and funnel optimization. You will work directly with the founder and sales leadership in the US.
Own the marketing and growth strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, performance targets, and the roadmap for lead and booking generation.

Build and manage a high-performing team across media buying, content, creative, marketing operations, and analytics.
