We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to lead corporate and B2B sales for our premium matcha sourced and Japanese Dessert. You will build and grow partnerships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting clients, distributors, and wellness/food manufacturers, driving revenue and brand presence across key markets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in F&B, hospitality, corporate gifting, and retail/distribution Prospect, qualify, and manage the full sales cycle: outreach, product education, sampling, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and after-sales support Present product portfolio and brand story, highlighting origin, grade differentiation, flavor profiles, and use-cases (beverage, pastry, RTD, supplements) Coordinate sampling programs, barista/chef demos, and training for client teams Build quarterly pipelines and accurate forecasts track KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue, retention) Manage pricing tiers, quotatio...
